Soundbed Healing
The Soundwave bed, introduced worldwide in 2003, is actually an expertly crafted musical instrument. You lay on the bed while the instrument is played: Harmonic Monochord strings are strummed on one side and a grounding Tongue Drum played on the other. The vibrations of the music enter through the back of the body and instantly spread throughout the physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies dissolving tension and energetic blocks – thoroughly cleansing your system. Forest Bathing Healing Session
Shinrin-Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is a Japanese practice that traditionally takes people into the forest for
extended amounts of time, a full day, or longer, with a series of invitations to invoke a new depth of communing
with nature that has lasting results. The practice was created to reverse the myriad distractions and demands
of the tamed world to which we have all become accustomed, and bring awareness to the medicine Nature is
offering to all life. This practice incorporates activities to develop greater mindfulness and presence while
moving through a forest or other wild areas. The session includes a 30 minute Hands of Light Healing Session
with Yolanda. The session is closed with a Gratitude Tea Ceremony where the focus is on the natural herbs of
the region by sipping tea together and reflecting on the practice and learning about natural plant medicines

Your session starts with talking about the reasons for your visit and any questions you might have, or intentions you want to set. All that is required of you is to simply relax and enjoy your time. Unlike a massage you will remain fully clothed during the entire session. According to Architectural Digest, The Chapel of the Holy Cross is one of the ten most beautiful churches in the world! The Chapel was commissioned by local rancher and sculptor Marguerite Brunswig Staude, who had been inspired in 1932 by the newly constructed Empire State Building to build such a church.
