SLX assigns a Personal Project Management Professional to liaise with our client throughout the entire project ensuring an enjoyable experience that results in the outstanding completion of each project.
SLX Real Estate Consulting
SLX will handle all aspects of the acquisition of land and/or of the purchase of homes desired for renovation. Of course, there may also be the perfect home already built and waiting for purchase and our real estate professionals will handle all aspects for you to make it simple and easy to begin your Sedona Luxury Living Experience. Then, our Property Management team will care for your property whether you are in Sedona or away.
SLX Vacation Outpost Management
This is the ultimate amenity for our private club, corporate and hospitality group clients to offer to their members, executives, clients and high rollers. We will assist in the acquisition of a premium property in Sedona that will serve as a private vacation outpost. Our team will manage the reservations and all aspects of the property and our clients will have an elite private oasis to use year round. The only reason not to own a vacation outpost managed by us is if it is not within budget. If it is, it is a must. Your Personal Project Management Professional will oversee the efficient, cost effective and outstanding execution of the home design and creation or renovation, while assisting however necessary with any and all issues, questions, concerns and/or corrections required during the project’s completion.
