Sedona Luxury Experiences applies a 23% charge to the total cost of your vacation. There are no additional costs. All of the activities that necessitate gratuities are included. Gratuities for the staff at your accommodations are also included. All victuals consumed are paid for by the client during their stay. Once their customized itinerary is confirmed, the client is required to pay half of the total cost of their Sedona Luxury Vacation Experience. The remaining sum is due no later than two months before the beginning of the client’s Sedona Luxury Vacation Experience.

Our fees for our White Glove Construction and Property Management Division are highly individualized and based on the size and scope of the project and property. Please contact us to discuss all of the extraordinary options and associated costs.

Deposit

After initially establishing a connection, we will request a deposit of $2,500 to secure a spot as a client with us at Sedona Luxury Experiences. If your desired dates are available we will send a letter confirming receipt of the deposit and our commitment to working for you and with you for an incredible Sedona Luxury Vacation Experience on those desired dates.

You may, at any time before confirming the final version of your itinerary, change those dates at no additional cost. You may also transfer those dates and the deposit to family or friends at no additional cost. We cannot guarantee the desired dates you want to change to will be available however we will do everything in our power to give you the most, as well as the best options, if you desire to change your initially confirmed dates.

The deposit is non-refundable once the confirmation letter is sent.

Cancellations

Refunds for cancellations are based on the amount of time before the vacation is scheduled, once it is confirmed as canceled. Our team at Sedona Luxury Experiences will work on the clients behalf to get as much refunded as possible from all of the reserved accommodations, activities and flights.

Sedona Luxury Experiences will refund 90% of the service charge for any vacation canceled more than 90 days in advance. If a vacation is canceled in 89 days or less the percentage of the service charge refunded will be equal to the days before the vacation is scheduled to begin. For example, clients canceling a vacation 40 days before it is scheduled will get a 40% refund of the service charge.

Confirmed vacations are not transferable to new dates without a percentage of the service charge being non refunded. We will happily transfer dates whenever possible instead of a total cancellation of your Sedona Luxury Vacation Experience. Our team will work with you and/or your team to make it as seamless and as easy as possible to transfer dates.

Private Jet flights are non refundable if canceled within two weeks of the scheduled vacation. A significant portion, and potentially the entire cost of private jet flights canceled outside of two weeks of the scheduled vacation will be refundable and our team at Sedona Luxury Experiences will work on the client's behalf to recoup as much of the flight cost as possible.

Security

For our clients who regularly travel with personal security, we will coordinate directly with their security team. We will review the final itinerary with the relevant security personnel for their approval. We will provide accommodations, vehicles and anything else required. Sedona is not a dangerous place and security is not required however we understand that security concerns and needs vary from client to client and we will accommodate any and all requests for the protection of our clients.

Non Disclosure Agreement
Sedona Luxury Experiences will never share ANY information about our clients and their vacation activities or schedule. Furthermore if it is specifically requested, we will be happy to sign an NDA confirming this. Our team members will not have access to any of your personal information and have signed NDA’s as part of their terms of employment with us.
