Currently, SLX Construction is transforming a perfect 1⁄4 acre corner lot in the treasured Chapel Area of Sedona. Our team researched the area, acquired the property, then designed and implemented both the construction of the new building as well as the extensive remodel of the existing dwelling. This resulted in the expansion of over 3000 sq ft of liveable space as well as an 8x increase in property value!

Our design and build team has created two separate buildings fabulously linked stylistically.
