Chauffeured Art Tours
Your Personal Vacation Escort will take you to some fabulous galleries and stores and wait for you while you shop and experience the special Art Scene. Upon being picked up your escort will have a detailed list of options for you to select from and you may visit as many as you’d like. The tour can be only in Sedona or extend out into Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome. The Chauffeured art tours range from 2-10 hours and if it is desired, the tours can include stopping for a delectable breakfast and/or lunch. If you do not have the Personal Vacation Escort option selected we will provide a driver at $65 per hour.
Private Gallery Tours
Throughout the year it is possible to have private tours of some of the finest galleries in Sedona. If you select this activity, once you begin the booking process we will confirm which galleries may be available to privately visit during your stay in Sedona. If you do not have the Personal Vacation Escort option selected we will provide a driver at $65 per hour.
First Friday
Each 1st Friday of the month year round the SGA hosts their monthly 1st Friday Gallery Tour from 5-8pm. A whirlwind of mesmerizing talent, intoxicating images and entertainment, the Sedona Gallery Association tour is one of Sedona's “things to see”. If you do not have the Personal Vacation Escort option selected we will provide a driver at $65 per hour.
Glass Blowing Experience
This is a unique, fun and exciting way to experience glass blowing by making your own glass piece that you can take home with you. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun while prioritizing safety in the incredible glass blowing space. Upon arrival you select the piece you want to make from about eight options and then you make it! For two people the experience lasts about an hour.
-Please note, the cost differs based on the type of object you and your group choose to create. SLX will reserve this experience however the clients are responsible for payment and gratuity.
Art Workshops
Every week there are tons of workshops going on in Sedona. Our team at SLX knows the best workshops with the best teachers. Workshops offer an intensive experience that will give students information to distill and practice for months and even years afterwards. A wide variety of disciplines and mediums are offered. Most are appropriate for all levels of students with some designed specifically for intermediate and advanced students. Explore an ever expanding selection of online workshops as well. There are workshops in Acrylic, Drawing, Field Expeditions, Figurative, Mixed Media, Music, Oil and Plein Art. If you are interested in workshops please select this activity. Taking classes while vacationing in Sedona affords the opportunity to explore the arts and get an immersive experience in the Sedona arts community. Crash Courses are perfect for beginners, those wanting a refresher, or artists in search of new creative tools. If you are interested in Art classes please select this activity.
